Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by transport companies:
Nova Poshta (1-2 days)
Ukrposhta (3-5 days)
ROZETKA Delivery (2-4 days)
Shipping is carried out from the warehouse in Kharkov. The buyer pays for the transport company's delivery services.
Payment methods:
- payment upon receipt at the transport company, cash on delivery services are paid by the buyer;
- prepayment on a bank account.
Delivery to the door (by courier) is possible at the rates of the "Nova poshta" company and is paid separately. ATTENTION! For orders with individual embroideries, the time of production and shipment is specified individually.
Delivery to Europe and the USA is carried out by the Ukrposhta transport company. The cost and terms are calculated individually based on the volume of the place of delivery.
